REPUBLIC DAY (June 1–4): +10% on June rates
ALL SAINTS & ALL SOULS (October 27 – November 5): +10% on October/November rates
IMMACULATE CONCEPTION (December 7–10): +10% on December rates
CHRISTMAS (December 23–31): +10% on December rates
Additional Information
Note: At any time of the year and for any duration of stay, the final price will include the following:
a) A fixed cleaning fee of €30
b) A security deposit of €100
(refundable upon check-out, provided no damage has occurred)
c) A 20% deposit of the total rental amount is required at the time of booking.
The remaining balance must be paid in full upon signing the contract.
